Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases where the product is received defective or an incorrect item was delivered.
Unboxing Video Required
Any defective or wrong-item claim must be accompanied by a clear, unedited unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened. Claims without this video cannot be processed.
Claim Window
Such claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, by emailing caseflexx.store@gmail.com with the unboxing video and order number.
Verification
All claims are verified against the video before approval.
Refund Mode & Timeline
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
